For over 40 years, he has been representing clients who need Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Bob’s extensive experience enables him to assist clients in developing practical solutions to their debt and creditor issues, with emphasis on planning for the long term.
Bob is also an experienced municipal and local government law attorney. For over 37 years, he has represented several municipalities as well as many private citizens with their zoning and land development issues.
In addition to these areas of concentration, Bob also maintains an active general practice in the area of business and real estate law, wills, and probate. His local experience and knowledge of the community lends itself well to effective representation in these general areas of practice as well.
